Working with GREC Architects, site provided landscape architecture services for the Landmark West Loop, a luxury high-rise apartment building in Chicago's rapidly growing West Loop neighborhood. Located at 1035 West Van Buren, the new 30-story tower features a 6th floor amenity deck rooftop that complements the modern design of the building with a seamless shared outdoor gathering space. The deck includes a pool, hot tub, and public dining areas with ipe-wrapped, built-in grilling stations, as well as a fire pit and lounge, fitness deck, and ornamental garden planters with corten walls and a sun-shade structure. At the ground level, streetscape improvements, including parkway planters and street trees, provide a welcoming, four-season entrance.
