Located in Chicago's Fulton Market neighborhood, 167 N Green is a 17-story office development that redefines the modern workplace through thoughtfully integrated indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.

A New Model for the Workplace

Designed and built during the Covid-19 pandemic, the project reflects a shift in how workplace environments support collaboration, wellness, and flexibility. A robust amenity package offers tenants spaces to gather, recharge, and connect throughout the workday. On the top floor, a full-sized basketball court converts into a 400-person town hall event space with a direct connection to a generous outdoor terrace and rooftop garden. The rooftop garden features a multi-purpose lawn, a variety of fixed and moveable seating, covered gathering spaces, overhead heaters, fire pits, and layered plantings, all framed by panoramic views of the Chicago skyline.

167 N Green received LEED Gold certification for its commitment to sustainable design, with features ranging from reduced energy use to a rainwater management system that captures, filters, and reuses stormwater from the green roof.

At street level, “The Mews” creates a welcoming pedestrian passageway that connects Green Street and Halsted Street  to the building entrance with seating, lush planting, and stone and wood paving, surrounded by permanent and pop-up retail spaces.
