Project Tour with Friends of the Chicago River's Greater Chicago Watershed
Last week, Rob Reuland had the opportunity to lead a tour for the Friends of the Chicago River's Greater Chicago Watershed Alliance, a collaborative group working to drive innovation in watershed stormwater management.
The tour featured two of our projects that demonstrated the intersection between landscape architecture, ecology, and infrastructure: the University of Chicago's Campus South Walk and Henry Palmisano Park. Together, these sites provided an opportunity to discuss how thoughtful design can support stormwater performance, environmental stewardship, and meaningful public space.
Thank you to Katie Martin Peck for helping lead the tour of the University of Chicago's Campus South Walk, and thank you to the Friends of the Chicago River and the Chicago River Greater Chicago Watershed Alliance for the engaging conversations and shared commitment to more resilient communities
