Project Showcase: 10 & 120 S Riverside

Set along the Chicago River, 10 & 120 S Riverside balances movement and pause through planting, seating, and space to breathe in the heart of the city. What was once a utilitarian corridor is now a more vibrant and accessible riverfront, shaped by comfort, clarity, and connection. 

This project was a collaboration with SCB, Thornton Tomasetti, and Schuler Shook.
