2026 City Parks Alliance’s Greater & Greener Conference

Ernie and Jenna recently attended City Parks Alliance’s Greater & Greener Conference in Austin, joining design professionals, community leaders, and civic partners from across the country to explore the future of parks, public space, and design. Highlights of the conference included:

+ Ernie's presentation with Ghian Foreman (Emerald South Economic Development Collaborative) and Paola Aguirre Serrano (Borderless Studio) about the Anthony Overton Elementary School transformation.

+ Scooting around Austin to try local food and visit the city’s growing network of parks.

+ Learning from diverse perspectives on park financing, development, engagement, and emerging trends.

+ Reconnecting with past coworkers, old friends, and meeting new ones!
