Rosalie Starenko is a member of the Marketing and Design Teams at Site Design Group. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the Knowlton School at The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Spanish from Augustana College. With a background in geography and cartography, Rosalie approaches landscape architecture through a deep interest in place, spatial representation, and the stories embedded within sites and regions — especially throughout her beloved Midwest. Her work often explores landscapes that invite pause and reflection, drawing inspiration from the beauty in overlooked spaces, layered ecologies, and in site-specific approaches that honor existing conditions. 

Outside of work, Rosalie can often be found admiring the plants growing through cracks in the sidewalk, doodling in a small notebook, or reveling in good conversation around a dinner table
