Hinal Mehta is a member of the Human Resources and Operations Team at Site Design Group, supporting the firm’s human resources, administration, and accounting functions. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University, a Diploma in Business Administration with a concentration in financial services from Bow Valley College, and a Master’s in Human Resources from DePaul University. In her role, she supports core human resources functions including employee onboarding coordination, HR documentation, and internal process support.

Originally from India, Hinal relocated to the United States from Canada in 2021. She brings experience in invoicing, client interaction, and purchase orders from her family’s interior design business, where she developed strong organizational and coordination skills.

Outside of work, Hinal enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring art and crafts, and she often finds inspiration in discovering new places, cultures, and creative ideas.
