Brad McCauley is a Partner and the Managing Principal at Site Design Group, where he leads the firm’s overall vision and direction. With expertise in translating design into built projects and fostering collaborative teams, Brad has guided the delivery of countless award-winning public spaces across the United States. A passionate advocate for inclusive practices, he has helped shape the firm’s culture to meet evolving market demands and leadership expectations.

Brad is nationally recognized for his service to the profession. He is the President of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and previously served as Vice President of Membership, Trustee, and Illinois Chapter President. He also contributes to The Cultural Landscape Foundation’s Stewardship Council and the University of Illinois Department of Landscape Architecture Resource Committee. A Professional Landscape Architect in sixteen states and a Construction Document Technologist certified by the Construction Specifications Institute, Brad brings both design excellence and technical expertise to his leadership.
