Invest Southwest Topping Off Ceremony

A major milestone has been reached for the Laramie State Bank Redevelopment. The project will restore the historic Laramie Bank as a new commercial anchor and connect it to a nearby building featuring affordable housing, community space, and a rooftop garden.

On the ground floor, a community green space is framed by residential, commercial, and communal programming designed to energize and activate the site. The garden serves as the heart of the development, creating a gathering place for music, art, food, and inspiration. Site features include seating and gathering areas, a series of winding terraces, and a large raingarden planted with native species to manage stormwater
