This urban pocket park is nestled within the historic Printer’s Row district of Chicago’s South Loop. At the beginning of the twentieth century, Printer’s Row became the main hub for the regional printing and publishing industry in Chicago. Remnants of this rich past remain today throughout the landmarked commercial corridor flanked by converted residential lofts. The pocket park has been converted into a celebrated fountain plaza and urban green space featuring references to the neighborhood’s history.
