The Florence G. Heller JCC Nature Play Garden is located in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. The new play garden brings nature-based, creative play opportunities to the building’s exterior spaces. The garden is divided into gathering and play areas focused on music and movement, large-motor activities, messy materials, climbing/crawling, nature art, and building. The garden also features an entrance feature, gathering area, and pathways through plantings. The garden was completed in 2016.
