Located in Chicago's Fulton Market neighborhood, 167 Green is a 645,00 square foot, 17-story office development. The ground floor is comprised of “The Mews,” a pedestrian passageway with seating, lush planting, and stone and wood paving, surrounded by permanent and pop-up retail spaces.
Designed and built during the Covid pandemic, 167 Green treats tenants’ amenities as a driver of development. The project offers a substantial amenity package, including a full-sized basketball court that converts to a 400-person town hall alongside a sprawling outdoor terrace and rooftop garden. The garden features a lawn area, movable and fixed seating, covered spaces, overhead heaters and fire pits, and layered plantings. As these facilities are concentrated on the penthouse floor, tenants are surrounded by magnificent views of the Chicago skyline.
167 Green received LEED Gold certification for its commitment to sustainable design, with features ranging from reduced energy use to harvesting, filtering and reusing rainwater from the green roof.
