Robert K. Sit, AIA
As a founding partner in the multi-disciplinary firm of Site Design Group, Ltd., Robert K. Sit provides expertise in the architecture, business management, and technology development for the firm.
A Registered Architect in the State of Illinois for over fifteen years, Robert has designed numerous restaurant, retail and institutional projects in the Chicagoland area. A member of the American Institute of Architects, Mr. Sit contributes to the profession through continued advocacy and education.
His major projects with Site Design Group, Ltd. have included the athletic complex at Hanson Park, the largest athletic facility in the Chicago Public School system, the Modular Classroom Program at Chicago Public Schools, and the architectural design of the celebrated Riverfront Pavilion at Ping Tom Memorial Park in Chicago.
Each year, Robert contributes to the Awards ceremony of Friends of Downtown, a civic organization dedicated to the vibrancy of downtown Chicago. Robert is a resident of Park Forest, Illinois and has served on their Planning Board. His continued interest in music and film has contributed to numerous performances and productions throughout the Chicagoland area.
