Juli Ordower
Juli Ordower is a Project Designer at Site Design Group, Ltd. Since joining the firm in 2002, her contributions have included the design and implementation of numerous public housing projects, streetscape designs, and public spaces.
Her work at two of the largest public housing projects in Gary, Indiana has led to a new environmentally sensitive landscape process in the area. Her public playground and park design in Evanston serves as a model for unique and thoughtful ideas in public parks.
Juli earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics from Tufts University and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Colorado and continues to be an active member of the Illinois Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
Her enthusiasm has encouraged public awareness of the profession and has spurred interest in environmentally sensitive design. Juli is an avid snow skier, an accomplished flutist and practices the discipline of yoga in her daily life.
