Implementations to the master plan of this former estate includes the renovation and additions to the administration building, new recreational and garage facilities, extensive landscape development and adaptive re-use of buildings for institutional use at this substance abuse campus.
The phased projects over several years has expanded the interior renovations with state-of-the-art offices, expanded dining and kitchen facilities, counseling rooms and classrooms. A new gymnasium building was added in 2004.
Scope of work included master planning, architecture and engineering design, and construction administrative services.
