The design and build-out for a 4000 square-foot office space creates a spacious, flowing work environment for a professional design firm.
Located in a historic landmark building in Chicago, the renovation included space planning for working studios, conference rooms, and a gallery space.
An integrated reception area, elevator lobby, special workrooms, kitchen and toilet room layouts and finish selections were completed with elegant materials. Limestone and granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, slate and mahogany flooring, maple work tops and halogen lighting systems provide for a functional and gracious work place.
The scope of work included interior architecture and design, engineering and construction administration services.
