The intricate landscape design of this award winning project in Chicago’s Medical District was imperative to the success of the facility. Masterplan guidelines and facility requirements involved the careful planning of plant selection, courtyard development and parking lot security.
The development has proven to be an anchor facility at the south end of the Medical District, and has spurred further development within the surrounding community.
