The master planning and redevelopment of this large prominent urban campus is an integral component of the existing building facilities. Reorganization of exterior spaces established a new front entrance to the main building. Development of athletic play areas, a children’s playlot, new site furnishings and landscaping served to create a new and fresh identity for the campus.
The master planning and redevelopment of this urban campus includes the design of an entrance plaza, athletic fields, child care and playground facilities. The entrance plaza clearly redefines the main building entrance, while providing a link from the parking facilities to the building site.
The openness of the site is articulated with a series of paved areas with planting and turf, providing the user with variety of experiences. the playground is designated for the use of the younger children providing a private play area.
